Mavis AI's Workflows feature allows you to combine multiple copywriting templates into a seamless sequence, creating a powerful and efficient writing process tailored to your specific needs.
Workflows are a series of connected copywriting templates that enable you to streamline your content creation process. Instead of using individual templates separately, you can chain them together in a logical sequence, allowing you to produce complex outputs with ease. For example, you might create a "News Roundup Email Writer" workflow that combines the following templates:
Article Summarizer from URL: Summarize content from any URL into a single sentence or paragraph.
News Summaries to Email Newsletter: Convert a list of news summaries into a "News Roundup Newsletter" email.
With this workflow, you can efficiently generate summaries of articles and then compile those summaries into a polished email newsletter—all within a single streamlined process.
When you use a workflow, the templates included in the workflow appear on the left side of the screen, while the rich text editor is displayed on the right. As you generate content from each template, the outputs appear beneath the corresponding template.
Example Workflow: Let’s say you’re using the "News Roundup Email Writer" workflow:
Generate Summaries: Start by using the "Article Summarizer from URL" template to generate summaries of 5 different articles, one at a time.
Compile Summaries: Once you have your summaries, paste them into the "News Summaries to Email Newsletter" template in step 2.
Generate Email Variations: This template will then generate multiple variations of a news roundup email. You can select how many variations you’d like to generate (e.g., 3 variations).
Finalize Your Content: Choose the email version you prefer and transpose it into the rich text editor on the right, where you can further edit or finalize the content.
Mavis AI also allows you to create custom workflows, empowering you to tailor the content creation process to your unique use cases. Whether you’re an SEO expert, a content marketer, or a publisher, you can design workflows that fit your exact requirements.
Creating a Custom Workflow:
Select Templates: Choose which templates to include in your workflow and arrange them in the order that suits your process.
Incorporate Custom Templates: You can include both built-in Mavis templates and any custom templates you’ve created.
Name and Describe Your Workflow: Give your workflow a descriptive name and categorize it appropriately.
Save and Use: Once saved, your workflow will be available under the "Community Workflows" tab.
Workflows offer numerous advantages, including:
Efficiency: Automate repetitive tasks and reduce the time spent on manual content creation.
Consistency: Ensure a consistent tone and style across all content by following a structured workflow.
Productivity: Focus on higher-level creative tasks while Mavis AI handles the heavy lifting of content generation.
Customization: Tailor workflows to specific projects, clients, or content types, making your process more adaptable and scalable.
