Billing

The Billing page is where you can review and manage all aspects of your account's billing information.

Accessing the Billing Page

To access the Billing page:

  1. Click on your profile picture in the bottom left sidebar.

  2. Select Billing from the menu.

Current Plan Details

On the Billing page, you'll find important details about your current plan, including:

  • Plan Name

  • Status

  • Renewal or Expiration Date

  • Auto-Renew Status

Managing Your Plan

To see what's included in your current plan or explore other options:

  1. Click on the Change Plan button.

  2. A popup will appear displaying all available plans, detailing what each includes. Your current plan will be highlighted.

Within this popup, you can:

  • Cancel your current plan

  • Switch plans by upgrading, downgrading, or changing between monthly and yearly billing cycles.

  • Start a free trial on any available plan (if you are a new user and haven't started your free trial yet).

Updating Billing Information

To view or edit your billing details:

  1. Click on the Manage Billing link located below the Change Plan button.

  2. You will be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can manage your plans, update billing information, and more.

Plan Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your plan, you will still have access to Mavis AI on that plan until the end of your current billing period.
