Teams & Projects

Teams & Projects Overview

When you sign up for Mavis AI, a team is automatically created for you, containing a default project named "Main Project," which you can rename as needed.

All documents, folders, and AI outputs are organized within the project where they were created. This allows you to manage different projects for various purposes, keeping everything neatly separated. Users can create unlimited projects.

Integrations also work at the project level. Any integration you create is only available within the project it was set up in. This allows you to maintain separate projects for different websites, with distinct integrations for each.

Inviting Team Members

You can invite other Mavis AI users to your team. The number of users you can add depends on your plan. If you've reached your limit and need to add more users, contact us at contact@heymavis.ai with your requirements.

Collaboration and Access

Documents created within a team or project are visible and editable by all team members, making collaboration easy. Invited users will also have access to any integrations you've set up, enabling them to publish content to connected sites or accounts.
